Marcy Martinez is a long time REI BlackBook user and real estate investor from South Texas. A few short years ago, she was struggling to close deals. She had taken some classes and attended a few seminars to learn how to invest in real estate and was working on closing her first deal.
Marcy was drinking from a fire hose, trying a little bit of everything, and running around with her hair on fire. But nothing seemed to work. Fast forward to today, and she's gone from struggling to close her first deal, to consistently closing 3 deals per month like clockwork.
